In 1735, the new owner of the Green Tree Distillery pharmacist Michal Storch, launched a completely new business era. He limited the production of beer and strengthened the distilling of liquor. He gradually invested in the production of schnapps, enlarged the old distillery and bought new distillation boilers.
Following the example of foreign manufacturers, he came up with a new way of doing things and started to add various flavor ingredients to the prepared ferment.
From his visit to France, he brought wine based ethanol, which is softer, and mixed it with almond extract. This created a unique clear distillate Persiko almonds of fine sweet taste that smelled of almonds. Inspired by the long tradition of almond brandy produced even before the Velvet Revolution, we're now preparing a new premium design.
