Allergens labelling is set by legislation by 13th December 2014 in accordance with the food law. (EU directive 2000/13/EC until 13th December 2014, replaced by the REGULATION (EU) No 1169/2011 article 21, Czech Republic – Regulation 113/2005 Sb. on foodstuffs and tobacco products labelling, section 8 subsection 10).
